PositiveVery nice place
Having not ever been anywhere else it's a very nice place. It has a nice staff. He has a very nice room. However he does not have a shower and he does not like going to the shower room. I asked to see the shower and I was told no, but that might've been on a particular day so after two months, he's kind of rebelling about going to the shower. That's the only thing I can think of he gets along very well with everyone.

We found their room size to be good for a couple. The staff worked with us when we had some private caretakers working with my parents and we have transitioned away from the outside caretakers and the Brookdale staff has taken over now and it is going great.

My father was there for a year before we removed him. At first it was good. Then, as staff and leadership began changing, the quality of care, meals and staffing plummeted. Multiple falls, overmedicating, personal belongings missing every week, dirty room, sheets not put on the bed, food was awful, etc. The insult to injury was after we removed him (with the required 30 day notice), they decided to 'back bill' additional care fees and monthly charges for the PREVIOUS 6+ weeks. I'd give all 5's but #7 a 4. They are in need of a big multipurpose room for activities. It's cramped in the lobby that they use. The employees are friendly and it's a clean facility and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Everything about Camino Del Sol was great and wonderful! The staff was very caring and loving to all the residents and paid attention to those who needed most. The food was excellent and tasty and the Chef was very workable with our needs. The staff was very professional and caring. I would highly recommend Camino Del Sol for your loved ones.
