Brookdale is a great place. The staff is amazing, kind, welcoming & Informative. [name removed] is genuine, kind and very helpful. The location is clean, well laid out and accommodating to the residents.

We put a deposit down on a room in Memory Care for my Sister. We feel it will meet her needs very well.

My mother-in-law enjoys the interaction with the friendly staff. At first there was frustration over filling prescription medications. It seems most residents use Southern to fill Rxs but Southern did not accept their Rx supplemental insurance. If using Southern was going to be an expectation they should have mentioned it when we first visited Brookdale. It seems to be working ok now. A caring community

My father in law has left the facility. He went to live with his sister. He said it was too expensive. But I think it is a nice facility, with great people who care about the community.

My aunt is in assisted living at Brookdale Charleston Gardens. She has diet and stomach problems. I appreciate the fact that they have medical people on-call, and they can get them appointments when necessary. She complains about the meals a lot. She complains they don't have enough help. I have been there with her a couple of times when she's had meals. As large as that place is, they will only have maybe two servers come out serving.
