PositiveWe toured this facility when looking for a place for my mom. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The staff was very friendly, the residents seemed happy and the location was perfect. My mom fell in love with it immediately and so did we! She is currently living there and is so happy. She said the food is delicious, her room is amazing and she participates in a whole bunch of the planned activities. She is never bored! We couldn’t be happier with our choice. My husband and I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with the residents and staff, as well as the entertainment and activities. Could have more activities for males, like a wood working shop. Looking at oncoming winter weather, as a money making improject for Harmony , since no garages, could take a poll of residents to see how many would rent portable garages placed on the back empty parking lot. It is definitely not worth the money. There are lots of inconsistencies here between what you are promised and what you really get. The lady in sales and marketing seems very nice. However, when the executive director said he was an advocate for all of the residents here, he has definitely not been an advocate for me.

My mom stayed at Harmony at Southridge. It was wonderful. I wish that I had found them in the first place. It was perfect. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Their food looked like something from a restaurant. It looked delicious, and it smelled delicious. It was absolutely top-notch, wonderful. CriticalGladly take your money but maintenance
Mom’s been at Harmony of Southridge for a year. Recently her oven wasn't working. After having it checked twice they decided to get her a new one. Few days ago they delivered/installed a filthy used stove which took me 2 hrs to clean. I have complained/asked 3 different x to speak with someone.They messaged the maintenance supervisor to s/w me but he never came to the apt. Also, I would say that the carpet in her apt is the original & cheap because when I run her sweeper the only thing coming up is a canister full …
