The staff there is very caring and more than willing to answer any questions I have. [name removed] has been a great help. This is a really good facility.

A wonderful and inviting environment. Lovely rooms with plenty of space. Friendly staff that seemed more than happy to go that extra mile if needed. Overall a top pic. And a great location.

The water isn’t hot to all of the apartments and I know of a resident who’s tried to get a hot shower for nearly a year. The facility is designed with a parking lot where staff pull up directly outside residents windows so they’re awakened at all times of the nights. There’s an issue with a broken PA system so if the lights from cars don’t wake up residents then random announcements overnight will surely do the trick. This place is expensive and the value deserves less than one star.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I have a loved one living here for nearly a year and they’ve had exactly 2 hot showers. The facility promises repair to the hot water system but there’s not been a resolution as of this post. Additionally the resident was awakened so frequently by random announcements over the speaker in their room that Brookdale resorted to disabling the call button as a solution to that issue. It’s a poor value for the money and should charge about half their going rate.
