The front desk staff was great, and the room was fine and clean. I had no complaints about those areas. One concern was that when we signed up, we were told the tub would be changed to a walk-in shower. When this wasn't completed before move-in, I spoke with the assistant director and was told that since it wasn't done during make-ready, they were not going to do it. Staff is great, very friendly. There was a bit of a delay because the original apartment had issues. But they made it right by getting my Mom a fully upgraded one and moved her to the new apartment. I would recommend the community to others.

The activities director is amazing and staff is generally friendly sometimes it's hard to hear back from administrative staff. I wish they would keep the hallways a little cooler in the summertime. My mom complains about that being pretty hot, but her apartment is super fresh, tidy and stays nice and cool in the summer and cozy and warm in the winter.
