I know my loved one is where she belongs, safe with comfort.

Personnel are great Relatively clean Food so so at times Residents looked after regularly Friendly environment Good activities Big rate increase this year so expensive Light personnel on weekends making it difficult to enter & exit but I understand to keep cost down I know my loved one is where she belongs, safe with comfort

I wish they would have engaged her more in group activities. , I would recommend. The facility needs to be updated internally. The lighting is not good at all for me. So for the residents, it's really not good

This was an outstanding tour. We were able to look at the memory care suite. The tour guide explained everything well and answered numerous questions successfully. The layout of the memory care portion of the community was very good and home-like. We were very pleased with what we saw and as a result will be proceeding to move our relatives in the facility.

My experience with Brookdale Memory Care in Colonial Heights was a generally positive experience. The staff is friendly, caring, and communicates very well with families, which is greatly appreciated. While the overall environment is welcoming, the facilities could use some improvement and have limited amenities compared to newer facilities.
