Looking forward to moving in

We actually haven't moved in yet so I am basing my comments on a couple of visits. I can say everyone is extremely helpful. The people are very friendly and welcoming. We had a delicious dinner one night and I think the apartment we got will be very good.

The details—while minor—are available online, but they weren’t always clear about what is included in each type of facility, such as independent living versus assisted living. At times, the columns of information felt confusing. We arrived on a Saturday, which may have contributed to some of the issues we experienced. Pleased overall

Most staff members were kind although the staff at Faith and family hospice was superior. Had some billing issues at the end and had to wait 4 weeks for a refund on an overpayment of $[removed].

[name removed] did a great job giving us all the time and info we needed. She arranged a visit to an apartment and explained everything thoroughly. It was not what we are looking for, but it had everything someone in a different situation would want.

I enjoyed the tour of Brookdale Cushing Park led by[name removed]. The was construction going on at the time I was there. Although I didn't get to see a furnished two bedroom apartment, I did see the apartment [name removed]was using as an office. I loved the lobby and coming spaces. The tour was professional and friendly.

While I was looking at independent living unit, in the end, the manager called me and advised me that I was too young and independent for facility. She recommended and I agreed that renting an apartment in the area would be a better option for me as I down sized and moved to Framingham. I agreed with her.
