I would give them a 5. They are doing a great job taking care of my mom. She has severe dementia and they are able to help her stay reasonably calm and comfortable as she goes through this final stage of her life.

The former resident's name was on my husband's door to his room. They should have changed that despite their waiting for a new door plaque to arrive. They let me visit after 15 days , still wrong name! He was not adjusting, and I removed him and got private care for him at home!
