CriticalStaring to make improvements
I am glad to see they are making facility improvements. Would like to see more outings for the residents and the elevator needs to be replaced. The new director seems more on top of resident concerns and family concerns. The carpet throughout needs to be replaced.

I visited Brookdale Desert Ridge's memory care, and I liked the director a lot. It seems like the residents get a lot of personal care and attention. It's probably not the most modern facility I've looked at, but it had a homey feel. It was very clean and smelled good, which I liked. They do personalized meal plans and their whole health plan, too. I like their activities calendar and the things that they do with them. It just had a good atmosphere. The rooms were nice.
