Brookdale Falling Creek

My mother is a resident and we are so pleased with the care and the facility. Everyone has been genuine in the care and concern for my mother. I highly recommend this community.

Wonderful facility, attentive staff!

My mom recently moved to Brookdale Falling Creek. We were impressed with the facility and the staff from the first tour we took, and that continued through the whole decision-making process and the whole move-in experience. Multiple workers have checked in on her throughout the day just to see how she is, the medical team has been helpful and accessible, her room feels less “dorm-like” and more “home-like.” We are very thankful!!!

We found the facility very nice, clean and welcoming. All of the residents that we met while on the tour told us that they were happy there and considered it home. Our guide was warm and caring and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We hope our loved one can call it home as well.
