PositiveGreat care for my father
This facility and staff is simply outstanding. It is clean, the food is great, and the entire staff has made my father feel right at home. They quickly care for all his needs and make adjustments when necessary. He has made many friends doing the activities they have planned each day. He also enjoys their exercise class. We are so thankful he is able to live here.

My mom recently moved in to Brookdale FC. From our first tour we were amazed at how caring the staff have been. They have welcomed her with open arms and helped her adjust to her new home. She loves it here and stays busy with activities and socializing with new friends. Thank you to everyone that made this transition so pleasant! [names removed]. Overall, we have found the facility/care to be good. We have been disappointed that when our loved one was taken to the hospital on a Friday night, we were not notified until the hospital called us at 6:50am on Saturday morning to come and pick her up bc Brookdale did not have staff to pick her up. We feel we should've been called when she was taken by ambulance on Friday night to know she was taken and that they were unable to then pick her up to return to Brookdale. We believe this should be part of her coverage…

My married cousins were in need of assisted living. Having retired from Brookdale Forest City in 2018, this community was my first choice. The current team is very professional and made the transition from home a very pleasant experience. The building is beautifully maintained, and the food quite good. Most important to me is the smiling faces of happy, well care for residents. A testament to the associates who care for them!!
