Brookdale Greeneville

The staff were wonderful. The facility looked very nice and the rooms were spacious. I was not happy that they locked the doors and they would have to wait to be let out and in The price was was high.

Great choice for our family

While the facility ended up not being the best fit for [name removed] mainly due to the distance from our house since I had become her main caregiver Everyone very helpful and supportive of her situation. Very grateful for all the nurses, they kept us informed always She had a medical emergency that required ambulance transport and we were notified immediately so I could meet her. Overall an excellent facility

My mother is in Brookdale Greeneville. It's been good so far. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The dining area is great. The food is great. She is enjoying being there. Her apartment is small. It has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a handicap-accessible bathroom. It's a studio type. They have a hairdresser there, they play bingo, they have outings, they have an activity room, a chapel, an exercise room, and a resident cat. They take pets.

All 5s. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are constantly kept the family informed about any issues or concerns that they had. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Greeneville community to other families.

Nice facility, clean with good amenities. Decorated nice, warm and homey feel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Review for Brookdale Greeneville

Only drawback is lack of licensed nurses after 7 pm. So if needs help with bedtime medication it's not available and meds have to be taken early. Staff great, very caring and supportive of both resident and family. I would recommend. My sister in law just ended up needing additional services fairly quickly after moving in
