CriticalBeware of Assisted Living Facilities, due to all of the unknowns! Be an Advocate and Be Aware
Our first contact with the facility was very positive, as they took the time to send (2) Staff to the ER to evaluate our loved one. This needed to be done to ensure that they could provide care for her. We appreciated the quick response, and their willingness to deal with “wounds” on her legs, as well as general live in care. Since moving my Mother-in-Law into the facility, it has been nothing but frustration. Communication between the Staff and the Family is nonexistent. We question the care given. We don’t know …

My dads assisted living contract was canceled and I had to fight 3 months to get his refund back. I would not recommend them. They really gave me a run around And I believe they would have nickeled and dimed my father for every little service

PositiveI was thoroughly impressed with this facility. They went above and beyond to make my father feel welcome and comfortable there. The entire staff was so kind and caring with him. They are just accommodating in every way. I highly reccomend Brookdale to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.
