Staff very nice and professional. Some have been working there for a while. They have a lot of activities in- house and they have a lot of day trip also. The place is very clean. They building and the individual rooms.

I have worked with this community for several years, my experience has been extremely positive. Friendly staff, clean environment, and more importantly residents are cared for.

I tell any families about the wonderful, caring staff at Brookdale Hamilton. From the first meeting and tour, the family is treating with care and dignity. My clients have had a great experience with the team.

My Family's Experience

Since Mom was there only a short 2 months before passing, I was there only a few times. However, I can say the room was an adequate size and it, as well as the large bathroom, was kept very clean. Every time I was there someone was cleaning something. The place was immaculate. The food was very good and a sizeable portion. Community was clean. Staff was friendly. Many activities. Not the greatest at communicating issues with my mom to me.

In my experience I would highly recommend this memory care facility.

Well organized. Private room is spacious. Controlled enter/exit to the facility.
