Positive[name removed] was wonderful ... the facility felt very 'institutional' ... it was beautiful and super clean ... maybe it was the VERY annoying sickly sweet fragrance that was blasting from every angle....just too much. Otherwise, it was a lovely facility....but I would not consider it as it didn't 'feel right'.

5 stars across the board! The staff and many of the residents warmly welcomed us at move-in, and they’ve been incredibly supportive during her first month. The apartments are a great size and perfectly suited for the residents’ ages. We couldn’t be happier with our experience so far!

PositiveI recently moved my mom into Brookdale in Hendersonville. The experience was wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is like being on a cruise ship without the ocean . Everything she could need or want to do is there. Her apartment is perfect and she was greeted by very happy people that live there. I have a feeling she will be very happy . The food is great . Three meals a day . No more worries about planning meals or cooking. .
