The staff was helpful and friendly, Food was acceptable, cleanliness was good, my room had a door onto a small porch facing an enclosed courtyard. The courtyard was well maintained with flowers and a garden.

Timing matters

Staff at Brookdale Kingsport understood our urgent timing to get Mom moved in. They were prompt with their process. Made us feel right at home from the first meeting. I would recommend to anyone.

Best care for my mom

Putting my mom in Assisted Living was a difficult decision but after talking to the sales person on the phone, a weight was lifted. Making Brookdale Kingsport home for my mom was the best choice we could have made. My mom loves Brookdale, she enjoys playing Bingo, doing crafts, she has a place to walk, she gets 3 meals a day, outside entertainment comes to sing, she especially likes the gospel singing. This year was her first Christmas there & the employees went above & beyond to make the residents & their families…

Don't go there. Food was horrible. Nasty. Gave her foods that was on her list of food allergies. They can improve by actually having activities. Only 1 event while she was there and they cancelled it.

Most caregivers take good care of mom! But as anywhere some are not as good as others! We really need exhaust fans and heaters in her bathroom! Sometimes odor not good!

Brookdale Kingsport

Brookdale Kingsport is the absolute best. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone that is looking for a place for their loved ones. My loved one has been living at Brookdale Kingsport for a little over a year now. The staff is absolutely amazing and seem to care very deeply for the residents.
