The staff was helpful and friendly, Food was acceptable, cleanliness was good, my room had a door onto a small porch facing an enclosed courtyard. The courtyard was well maintained with flowers and a garden.

My dad was a resident of Brookdale Kingsport. I like that the management was nice. The advisor that we spoke to is very, very helpful and nice. We met the nurse. She was great. We met the lady who's the boss, and she was very nice and helpful too. We ate there one time. It was not my cup of tea, but it was good. It was very clean and very well taken care of. He has a 272 square feet room, so it's pretty small, but that's all he needs.

Putting my mom in Assisted Living was a difficult decision but after talking to the sales person on the phone, a weight was lifted. Making Brookdale Kingsport home for my mom was the best choice we could have made. My mom loves Brookdale, she enjoys playing Bingo, doing crafts, she has a place to walk, she gets 3 meals a day, outside entertainment comes to sing, she especially likes the gospel singing. This year was her first Christmas there & the employees went above & beyond to make the residents & their families…

We toured Brookdale Kingsport. The location was an issue because it was further away from us. The rate was a little bit higher. It's a beautiful facility. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was great.

Don't go there. Food was horrible. Nasty. Gave her foods that was on her list of food allergies. They can improve by actually having activities. Only 1 event while she was there and they cancelled it.
