The Care Services are led by a nursing staff member. They are a competent, professional leader. She is a valued addition to Brookdale. They are adept at communicating with me. She answers my calls or texts promptly and goes over and above to solve every situation.

She always gets back to me when i call and takes care of Moms needs. [name removed] has done a great job with her staff.
