PositiveThe tour was very informative with insight into all areas of the facility. Person giving tour was very knowledgeable. She gave us a good "picture" of what it is like to live there. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

PositiveMy parents moved into Brookdale Monroe. It's a 13-acre parcel. They have non-assisted, assisted, and memory care, so residents can move wherever needed. My mother needs assistance while my dad does not, so they live together, and they can offer different care for both of them. They're very well-staffed. PositiveThe grounds there are beautiful! There's a pond there with a fountain in the middle, paved walking paths all around, a gazebo, shaded areas to sit by the building. Lots of flowers. They have a gardening club. Dogs and cats are allowed. There are a lot of common areas to hang out, watch TV, do puzzles, etc.

★★★★★
PositiveBrookdale Monroe is very clean and friendly. My only complaint is the price, but it is a nice place and you have to pay for quality. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
