The staff is caring & very friendly. They're always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I have or that my mother-in-law has. She's 92 & has adjusted better than I expected. I think the hard working & caring staff is the reason for this. She's not much for activities at all, but since convincing her to play bingo, she looks forward to playing every week! What staff we meet were very courteous. The residents that we talked to were very friendly and said that they were very happy with the place. This place is very convenient for the family.

We toured Brookdale New Hope. The tour was really nice. The tour guide was super helpful. She was really nice. She even kept in touch with us while Mom was still in the hospital. They had only a couple of one-bedrooms; most of them were studios. They had one one-bedroom that was open, and all the rest of them were kind of taken. Wonderful Caring Staff.

Everyone at the New Hope Brookdale facility has been very helpful & concerned about my mother-in-law's transition from moving from her home to assisted living. At 92 years old, her quick adjustment to Brookdale has been remarkable. She loves all the staff!

Great staff and well run

Overall, it was a very good experience. The only complaint is Brookdale making major cost increases two years in a row [fee removed]. Excessive increases in a short period. I was able to negotiate a reduction to the CPI for each year, which was helpful.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mom and dad now live at Brookdale New Hope. My mom started in a single unit and then my dad decided to come. And so they got a two-bedroom unit and it's very comfortable for them. The facility is not very large, but it's well-appointed. The staff is nice. There's a few little hiccups with billing and all that. They don't make it very understandable what some of their charges are upfront, but we got all that ironed out and everything is good now. The food has been good for the most part, and m…
