Everyone at the New Hope Brookdale facility has been very helpful & concerned about my mother-in-law's transition from moving from her home to assisted living. At 92 years old, her quick adjustment to Brookdale has been remarkable. She loves all the staff!

Overall, it was a very good experience. The only complaint is Brookdale making major cost increases two years in a row [fee removed]. Excessive increases in a short period. I was able to negotiate a reduction to the CPI for each year, which was helpful.

Cost went up abruptly 15%, but they worked with me to adjust down some. Overall it has been a very positive experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive to our mother's needs. They assisted greatly with the passing of our father. Very compassionate and experienced in dealing with the death of a loved one.

The staff are very friendly and they are communicative with the family about our loved one. They are attentive towards my loved ones. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from. There are activities for the residents to participate in, if they choose to.
