Quite pleased

I am particularly happy with the care of the staff for my mom. When I took my mother to the hospital for a procedure, they all expressed concern for her that was genuine. And they were very careful to accommodate her needs when she returned from hospital. My mother often comments, how kind the Staff is. She certainly appreciates when the ladies come to clean her room or help with her laundry or provide any kind of service.

Great community with caring staff

I visit my friend who lives at the community weekly and I am always so impressed with the staff. They are all very kind and take great care of my friend! The food is delicious and there are always activities going on. She loves living here and I love to visit!

The place has roaches, mold behind walls and floorboards, cold food, the nurse asked me to dry my patient with his own clean sheets which is totally against infection control. Half the staff hates their job so they really dont want to there which effects their work performance. Its a cheap place to live and it shows

The staff is excellent and give wonderful care. I know my mother has had some difficulties with the food. Sometimes it's too salty or too much. I think she also really misses not having fresh fruit available daily. I usually have to bring her fresh fruit if she wants any. I think in particular [name removed] and the desk service team are wonderful and quick to help and answer questions. My mom also loves all the Med Tech's and they are so patient with her. I really appreciate them.

encourage clients to look at MC and not just AL. Ended up moving her to memory care after just a couple of months. in retrospect touring MC should have been more on my radar. Appreciate Brookdale has. With AL and MC. That definitely made navigating these big changes so much easier. And I fell better knowing my mom helped pick Brookdale, which in turn made the transition to MC work as well as could be.

I toured Brookdale North Austin. The director showed me around, and he was very engaging, and he knew all the residents' names. It was very personal. Cleanliness was very positive as well. It was very clean and organized. It was nice. I saw their dining area. They also have a beauty salon. They have an area where they can do puzzles, paint, and do things. The staff who gave the tour was great.
