I would highly recommend Brookdale Panama City

I would give all a 5! She loves it there, she is happy, busy and earing well. She is in a small apartment that she really likes instead of a studio like she had a Grand Villa. She says she is gaining weight bc the food is good. The staff knew her name from day one and seems very interested in all of her care, the cleaning staff included. 5 stars all the way!

[Name removed] was a wonderful hostess. She gave us a tour and spent time sharing information and answering our questions. We felt at home. Great experience.

Lovely staff easy transition

5 for all categories. What we like the most about the community is that the staff is just wonderful. Helpful, courteous, Respectful. The facility is warm, inviting, and organized. My mother in law loves it there. She lived with us for almost a year.

I visited this facility

The tour I had at Brookdale Panama City was very good. That particular place is more locked down. In other words, you can't even go in unless somebody lets you in, and you cannot go out unless somebody lets you out. I sort of understand why because it's on a relatively busy road, and so for safety and security, it's more locked down. The apartments were very much like the other place I toured. We toured Brookdale Panama City. My daughter and I went with my dad and tried to show him around. The lady who showed us around was wonderful. They were all wonderful. Even the residents were very kind and very accepting of him possibly coming to their community. It was a very clean facility. They have different types of rooms to meet the needs of the patients. We loved how they made us feel. I didn't taste the food, but the residents and staff said they had very good food. You can have it 24 hours a day, and …

Brookdale Panama City was very nice. It was a quiet, serene place. I liked the rooms. They're big and roomy, and then they have a refrigerator, a microwave, and stuff like that. The bathrooms are very large. The overall look of a place is what we liked best. The dining area was very nice, too.
