Our couple experience

The food is very good, the staff is nice and friendly, they created good entertainment program (a lot of events, music, gatherings), they really care about the residents. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living.

One of the things I really liked about Brookdale Paulin Creek was that they had these shadow boxes outside the rooms that the residents could put memories and stuff in. I thought that was really cool. It was a really clean, bright, and nice-looking place. You walk in there, and we saw tons of residents coming with dogs, and they were hanging out with each other, and they were all happy-go-lucky. Everybody knew everybody. My sister actually went and talked to some of the residents, and they said this place is great.…

My mom moved into Brookdale Independent Living about two months ago, and overall, we’ve had a very positive experience. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and they’ve created a warm, home-like environment that really helped ease her transition. There’s a wide variety of activities to keep residents engaged, and the food has been great. Amazing place to live.

Staff is very Friendly- helpful. Making is so easy to adjust. I agree you should recommend to others. I am in independent living. Right now and this feels more like a Resort. All the residents say that they have been here for various years and also enjoy living here.

Overall pleased

They are hard to get ahold of and don't really listen to what you are saying. They have their own judgements and when you try to explain something I feel they don't care as it's a business decision to make money off your parent and not really about care. I would still recommend as my father in law likes it there.
