CriticalExperience with Brookdale San Ramon
Building is nice, residents are lovely and the care staff that works with the residents are wonderful. Activities and dining room are good. However, they are greatly understaffed (with a lot of turnover in certain departments) and very little follow through from management when issues arise. I need to constantly advocate for my mom. Facility is a good match for able bodied residents but not those requiring extra care.

The staff has been very communicative and responsive. The Executive Director is slower to respond. The room cleaning could be more comprehensive. Great list of activities, size of room is large, food seems to be good. There are no gluten free options which is limiting.

Brookdale San Ramon is a very beautiful environment. You are surrounded by nature. It's like you're on your vacation. I like the environment, and I think their garden is beautiful. I think it will be very pleasant if you go outside to sit in the garden. The interior is also very beautiful, very wide, and very high. I saw old ladies coming out, and they were neat and very clean to me. That's my overall impression. It is so peaceful and quiet, and I would love to live there in my old age. I love the st…
