Activity Director was great; however, she is leaving this facility. They need to have a security person at front desk after 5 when employees in front area to screen visitors entering the building. There is a key pad at front door

The friendliness and servant attitude of the entire facility from maintenance to food servers, nurses, etc... was the difference maker for us. Also the fact that they offered additional levels of care as needed. Basically our loved one would never have to move from there.
