Brookdale Trillium Crossing

Would recommend

She's very happy with the activities, food, apartment size. She questions the fabric chair cleanliness and prefers vinyl chairs in common areas but I thought all chairs looked good, quality of care- her "4" must be observed bc she is independent living. She's worked in nursing homes so has an eye for care standards. I can ask more about that score if you would like me to

Not what I thought it would be

They required us to have care that the aids even admitted wasn't needed. We were overcharged tens of thousands of dollars. There were some very nice staff, but others were not pleasant and had attitudes.

We really liked this facility! Everyone (staff and residents) was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We love the location and the swimming pool. To be fully transparent we’ve chosen another facility because there are presently no apartments available, meal options are a little more limited and the condition of laundry areas.

We had a really good day. The food was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The residents seem happy and friendly.

The tastes of Trillium was excellent. The facility is excellent for independent living however did not have the same excitement for assisted living. Was disappointed they showed us a unit before it was ready - someone was just moving out and it needed completely refurbished ( new carpet, painting and kitchen countertops needed replaced. I think for independent great / however not assisted.

Ww have lived in an Independent Apartment at Trillium Crossing for 2 years. We have enjoyed our time here. The staff is wonderful. l They are polite, friendly and efficient. The facility is not as new as many around this area, but it is well laid out and comfortable. There are enough activities for those that want to be busy, but no one has to take part if you just want to relax in your own living area. The food is good, especially the lunches, and plentiful.
