PositiveBrookdale South is Awesome!!
The staff are all so friendly and kind! They take great care of my mom. They are always having activities for the residents. Either someone comes to entertain the residents or they are holding bingo for family night. They take residents, that are able, out to eat, bowling, Tyler Fair, and drive through safari! Mom's room is always clean! We have never had to ask them to clean it! The whole building stays clean and looking good! I love the size of her room. We were very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were very compassionate and seemed to know how to handle difficult patients with ease. My mother in law could be difficult due to her dementia. I felt they handled her well. We liked that the facility was more on the smaller scale and able to take better care and one on one care better. The staff were better equipped to care for the elderly and people with dementia better than other memory care facilities.

Love this community, they provide the best care in tyler tx , you will not be disappointed I toured so many communities I cannot even count and this one hands down has been the best. The staff has been helpful, polite, friendly, patient, willing to answer questions. They have a rehab room and certified teacher. They have live music of our age, frequently. There are staff workers 24/7. My husband has a big room that gets cleaned. I have been very pleased.
