Clean rooms, nice floor staff. But … administration is terrible. Nursing director unresponsive. Director promises to handle something or contact you, never does. Heavy recent admin turnover. Gradual deterioration in food quality, and if you have special dietary requirements, you are served dead last. And they kept billing for rent and care AFTER my parents had moved out. It took over 4 months to straighten out the bill. When I arrived to deliver the final check and reached out to shake the director’s hand, he reach…

I just moved here last month from another senior living place. I had lunch here before i chose to move and they have a new chef and dining manager. There is more options to choose from than my last facility. I always order the hamburger, which is my favorite food. I made some friends immediately when I moved in. I sat with other residents that are into similar interests.

Everyone is nice and friendly. I have been here a few years. I was in a studio apartment and now I moved to a 1 bedroom. Very spacious. I like that I can take my dog outside in the courtyard and feel safe. I am very active and like going on the outings and shopping trips.

Everyone is very friendly. They keep us busy in doing different activities. I like karaoke and bingo. It would be fabulous to have more residents come to the theater and watch movies. I look forward to the popcorn :)
