Understaffed Cleanliness good Food good Not enough activities for the blind. Was not upfront about cost. Was signing paperwork when told about some extra cost. To many Chiefs and not enough Indians. The nurses were good but not enough.

I do not recommend Brookdale Willows. Enough said. For someone that doesn't have mobility issues maybe ok. I don't like the piece meal way of paying for care needed. I prefer a set amount monthly.
