CriticalTerrible place. On average it takes an hour to get help when you push your button which means that's how long you'll sit in a dirty diaper. Aides are very unfriendly except for 1 or 2 of them. Nurse supervisors aren't helpful at all if you have an issue. Food is terrible. Do not go here.

CriticalThey lied , said they would waive the $200 fee if I kept my husband there til he got better. He died and now they are charging me the $200 a day for 13 days , which Medicare does not pay for.

PositiveBrookmont Healthcare Center is in a nice shape and very well cared for. My mother has a double occupancy room and it's clean. The staff are very nice. They are understaffed, but they are wonderful. They have therapy, activities like bingo games, and what they called a dinner date where they have a dinner party kind of thing. The facility is very clean and very nice. It is expensive, but my mother was able to get on to Medicaid. So, that will do the deal with the price of that. Still, it's a lot of money.

PositiveMy mother recently celebrated her 100th birthday. Carrie, the activities coordinator, organized a special party for her. The chapel was set aside for the family. The center provided drinks, the cake, and napkins, etc. We appreciated the kindnesses that were extended to her and the family. I was also impressed with the greetings that she received by all of the staff.

PositiveMy mother is at Brookmont. It is very well maintained, and everything is very clean. Every time I go, everything is in order. Everyone looks well cared for too. My mother looks very clean too. So far, I'm very happy with the care. My mother shares her room with another patient but her room and her beddings are always very clean. I do know they offer activities, but my mother has not been able to participate. The dining area is large. The food is very good. I know my mom is very happy with it.
