Moravian Village of Bethlehem had a much more client-run facility. They have a government of people who are living there in independent living. They have their own board, and they meet, and it seemed like you had more of a say in some of the procedures and policies of the place. We talked at length with the president, and that was quite impressive, actually. The people who actually live there can make some of the decisions. I like that. They have some cottages. They have apartments right in the main building where …

Moravian Village of Bethlehem was nice. They didn't have a lot of activities that I saw, though. There was one big room, and it seemed to me that they were having a cocktail party when I was there. They had underground parking. I just felt that I would be bored there. The rooms were big compared to others. The staff who gave the tour was excellent.

I have been a nurse for almost 15 years, and in my opinion, this is the best long-term care facility I have ever worked at. The care team is amazing, the facility is prepared for routine things that aging individuals encounter, and the residents are well cared for. It's a smaller more independent facility so it doesn't encounter some of the bureaucracy that the larger communities have to deal with.

The way it was set up, the rooms are on two floors, and they had a lot of nice common areas where people would get together. They had two places, some of them are little individual houses, and some of them were in the main building. The little houses were n…

Moravian Village looks favorable. They have a lovely dining room, and I think they have an exercise room, places to meet, a library, gardening area, and the cottages. I know a lot of people that lived here, and they were all very happy. I didn’t hear anyone that was unhappy.

Moravian Village has a buy-in feature, and the bedrooms are larger and more than double the other ones. It’s a big, large place, and it’s very comfortable. I liked the location.
