PositiveI was very impressed with this facility. The director has been very helpful, My only concern is whether they can keep my Mom from wandering away if she decides she would rather go back to her home. She is also very hard of hearing and I don't know if they are prepared for the extra effort needed to communicate with her, she can lip read when she tries,

Having my loved one at Brookstone gives me peace of mind knowing that they care cared for around the clock in a setting that is non institutional. Nursing staff monitor his medications and assist in controlling and monitoring his diabetes. The compassionate care is above expectations, meals are tasty and the proof is the weight gain that was so needed for him to continue to build strength and enable greater mobility; in fact now he only uses a can to walk.
