PositiveMy father was a resident at Browning in Waterville in assisted living. We were very pleased with the facility and impressed with the staff and other residents. They were like extended family! It was a comfort knowing he was well cared for.

PositiveAll of the staff at Browning is very nice. They have a lot of activities for the residents, every year they have a wonderful fourth of July celebration, a very nice Thanksgiving meal for residents and family. My Mom doesn't complain about the food so I think she's happy with it. We looked at some other facilities before deciding on Browning, the room at one place was so small with no separate bedroom. PositiveI had to move my mom from a memory care facility that was not giving her the help she needed. She was severely depressed and did not want to leave her room. They made her feel guilty for being forgetful. 2 weeks in at Browning Masonic, she had friends, the staff actually listened to me and cared about my mom's needs.
