My family member received such loving and beautiful care at Burlingame Villa. The staff was attentive to every need, and truly provided the best care. The surroundings are beautiful, with a well-kept garden that is peaceful and serene. My loved one was kept safe, well-cared for and enjoyed the loving community at BV. I visited this facility

I would not send my father to Burlingame Villa at all. The outside appearance and the location were very nice. However, the person I was supposed to meet was late, so someone else showed me around the different floors. Most of the people were in wheelchairs and their heads were over to the side, it was almost like they were comatose. I couldn't see my father being in a place like that. He needs communication, not just to be put into a great room with the TV on. Everybody looked like they were completely out of…

Burlingame Villa was quite depressing, and I did not like it at all. Mom has got more function than the people living there. The rooms were bare, and it didn't seem like it had enough staff. The place was not very large, and the area where they ate was the same area where they did their activities in. The garden where they walk was very small.

We looked at Burlingame Villa because it was closer to us. For us, it was just too expensive. Everything else was nice. The staff was all fine, they were friendly and accommodating. Whatever we asked, they answered. For me, the accommodations were perfect.

Too focused on Alzheimers and low-functioning people.
