The place itself is amazing. Awesome staff, Awesome medical personnel and my mother loves it there. But, I had a problem with their billing department, which is located in Texas. They got my account number wrong and didn't contact me for 2 months until I got a certified letter informing me that my mother needs to be removed immediately. They said her banking account doesn't exist. It certainly did, they wrote it down wrong. All they had to do was text, email or call me, they didn't for 2 months. That, in my opinion…
