Most of the staff seem really nice and caring. The doctors seem pretty good and the physical therapist is good. The food is pretty good, pretty good variety. They have a lot of activities for the residents which helps pass the time. The room is a good size and pretty clean. They seem to keep the place looking nice. Always repairing and painting.

The place itself is amazing. Awesome staff, Awesome medical personnel and my mother loves it there. But, I had a problem with their billing department, which is located in Texas. They got my account number wrong and didn't contact me for 2 months until I got a certified letter informing me that my mother needs to be removed immediately. They said her banking account doesn't exist. It certainly did, they wrote it down wrong. All they had to do was text, email or call me, they didn't for 2 months. That, in my opinion…

Everyone at Cabot Cove of Largo seemed pretty happy there, and the residents seemed happy too. The staff giving us the tour was very nice. It was all on one floor where I don't think my dad would get very confused with finding his room. It included furniture, which is nice because I don't know about Dad's furniture going into a new place. Everything was furnished there. The rooms were nice and private. I noticed from touring that a lot of the residents would look at you and be curious about you, but …
