PositiveMy sister-in-law is in the memory unit at CVAL in Providence UT. Her personal room looks and smells like new. The public/dining area, where she spends the majority of her time, reminds us of a lovely summer home with three walls of windows that overlook beautiful snow capped mountains. But the most wonderful part of CVAL is the personnel! They are caring and attentive and spend a lot of time with the residents. PositiveThe staff are very kind and caring accepting of moms struggles, and helping us to understand and know how to be of support to her. We have really enjoyed the brightness and colors of the facility, all the windows to the outside

PositiveThe staff has been really good to work with when we have had questions or concerns. They are very pleasant and helpful. I like the size of the facility and that it doesn't feel too big, so my mom has been able to receive good care. As far as food, they have a decent variety, but sometimes it is bland. I realize it needs to fit a number of diets, but I have tried some of it and some does not taste that great.

PositiveMy mom is at CVAL and I’ve been familiar with the facility for years. I like the home-like feeling and the way it’s decorated. When I visit with my mom she is well cared for and gets plenty of attention. She sits with friends at meals and they look out for her. The CNAs sit and talk with her and other residents. My mom loves the scenic drives they go on and the activities.

PositiveMy loved one was a resident at Cache Valley Assisted Living. They were so helpful and caring! They helped us move in and set everything up. The staff is amazing and so loving. They were so compassionate and hospice was incredible and helped with his passing. I wished we would have moved him to Cache Valley sooner.
