I am/was a resident of this facility

My daughter owned a maid service so, I asked her to tour these facilities for cleanliness. She rated it very high. I moved into a sterile room, with everything super clean. The staff is worth the full price. They are naturally kind people. They are extremely respectful and have loads of patience with us. They help with anything you need. I have enjoyed the community, they are all caring and their humor is always intact. Relax and leave your loved one or yourself in this calm place with no worries.

Don’t be fooled by the smiles and sweet welcomes. After 3 happy years at Williamsburg, a new administrator was hired. I learned if you come with a handicap it won’t take long before it is used against you. They will belittle you, talk behind your back, tell lies about you and put you down, until you are broken to the point you are forced to move out. They can’t have you hurting their image! The majority of the residents are wonderful life-long friends!

I'm good for five stars on this one.

I liked the name first, but then I am a history buff,. American history a favorite. When looking for a place to spend the moments of your life the staff takes priority. I lucked out. The staff? Helpful, professional, and best of all, cheerful; a combination that cannot be beat.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My parents have lived at Williamsburg for about 10 months now and are truly enjoying their new found freedom. Their room is spacious and overlooks the beautiful courtyard. Meals are wonderful, Staff is friendly and helpful, and there are a variety of activities to choose from. We feel relieved knowing that they are living independently, yet have cares available to them when it is needed. We always feel welcome when we come to visit.

My parents lived in Williamsburg Retirement Community for a year, but I only saw their house. The food was not good. The facility looked old, but not rundown. They didn't use any amenities there. It was more like an apartment and not an assisted living. You're on your own, but they would bring your food to you, so you really don't have to cook. It wasn't expensive; it just didn't have what my parents needed.

Williamsburg Retirement Community is very clean and comfortable. I like that they treat the people like family. The dining area is also very clean, and my mom loves the food. The residents do crafts, go on trips like to Moab, they have sing-alongs, people come to perform for them, they have pumpkin carving, door-decorating, and a lot of fun activities.
