My experience from the start was that [name removed] the owner administrator was a gem. He was genuinely interested in our mother, her situation and demonstrate an clear commitment to the care of the ladies in his care. That was very attractive to our family. When we had the opportunity to visit, the home was clean, smelled like a home vs a facility and the workers there appeared to care for those in their care.
