PositiveThe facility is very nice, well maintained and clean. The staff was extremely nice and went out of there way to make my family feel comfortable. There was always a staff member interacting with the community residence. I visited 5 other facilities and I did not feel the same as I did when we met this staff. I believe this facility is a place you can trust they will take care of your loved ones.

PositiveGreat tour experience. The community is very clean and the staff was engaged with the residents. This stand alone dementia care would be a great fit for someone with dementia because of its design (infinity loop). If you are looking for a community designed for someone with dementia, I recommend you consider Calveria Living at Fort Mill. Its right off of the interstate, easy to find!

I notices mold and mildew in a room that I was seating in with my family member while visiting. This is very unacceptable. Once I noticed it we cut our visit short. Hopefully it will be taking care of by the time we come back into town.
