Staff is excellent. Many activities, by very appropriate, fun and open to all. Food is fantastic. Clean facilities. Cannot find anything negative to say about it.

Positive[name removed] was great at explaining the process. As we were touring the facility for both Memory Care and Assisted living all the staff welcomed us. This is such a hard decision to make for our loved ones and we appreciate all time [name removed] took with us.

I toured Cambridge Court Senior Living. Their staff has been there for many years, so I know they're treating their employees well. So that's going to treat the residents good as well. We ate there, and the food was excellent. The staff that gave us the tour introduced us to different staff members, all of them were very friendly and inviting, and my grandma had a good time meeting them. Their one-bedrooms were very nice. Their studios were nice too, but I felt they were a little small. It was very clean …

There are certain great aspects and certain not great ones. We've had the most issues with medication filling and distribution. Getting it wrong. Waiting too long to have it filled. Inconsistent times of delivery especially in evening. Lots and lots of me having to be involved in that. Some of the staff is amazing and some is not so amazing

PositiveImprovements need to be done
The kitchen food has been awful according to mom since the new people took over. 1 of the night med. Ladies screams at the old people. It smells really strong of urine now. Never smelled like that before. Rent went up [removed] more dollars a month and nothing improved. If she didn't have friends there.... I would probably move her.
