The carpet in the halls are really dirty and smells bad. They could use a good cleaning or be replaced. They are short staffed especially in the evenings. They need more outdoor seating at the main entrance. I've asked that my husband be reevaluated on his level of care.

New director is sincerely working hard to hire the best staff and implement helpful policies.

It was a nice facility. The administration was nice, helpful, and friendly. My husband went into a rehab facility as that is needed at this time!

Our family's experience

[name removed] loves her new home. It is plenty big enough for her. The environment is safe. Staff are so kind and helpful. The food is all she talks about. She is loving every thing the kitchen serves. It's wonderful she can go to church and the devotionals. She likes to go outside as well. We like that a nurse sees them every Friday. We haven't seen [name removed] this happy in years. With the good nutrition, she is also looking great!

The staff were always pleasant. Yes I would recommend this place to others, but I highly recommend that they have multiple people checking on their loved ones. My mother's room didn't look well cleaned and her ankles were very swollen from not being encouraging to get into her bed at night. When I brought her home after a month of respite care within 2 days of making sure she went to bed at night the swelling went down. Watch your loved ones account. I would rate them all a 5, the facility is wonderful and the staff is kind and caring. [name removed] willingly worked with me to get my husband placed efficiently and professionally. The hallways are brightly lit, clean and free of any obstacles for residents walking along. The rooms are spacious, clean with an en suite bathroom. They provide all inclusive care with quality food, medical caregivers, prescription service, even a stylist for haircuts. When weather permits, there are outdoor spaces, including an area…
