CriticalThe facilities were very nice and clean. Their room was a nice size and the property was well maintained. Our complaints were about the care. We were paying someone to come in every morning to help my mom dress and shower a few days a week and they rarely showed up to do it. She is also on Rx every four hours and they were bad about not giving it to her on time or timely requesting refills so she didn't run out. PositiveThe staff is super friendly and the apartment itself is nice but we are having issues with them not giving my mother her meds in a timely manner and they do not consistently do the extra care things we are paying for like helping her dress in the morning and showering. PositiveBetter food. Also too much plain white rice. Would like more mashed potatoes and gravy. Prefer to be anonymous. Any title you think is good will be all right with me. The staff that takes care of us is really great. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families I looked at a lot of places and decided this was best for me

CriticalThe nurse they have there [name removed] marks is just horrible and just unprofessional I made a comment towards her behavior and she said she would blast me on Facebook as what’s known as a Karen and discuss my grandmother’s medical information as she pleased cause she has the right to and that I needed to get out her face with my nonsense
