My grandmother is currently in their care and without Canton Oaks and their staff I'm not sure she would still be alive. Before Canton Oaks she was bitter, lonely and didn't want to talk to anyone. Let's not forget a heavy chain smoker. Since she has joined Canton Oaks, she has quit smoking (after smoking for more than half her life), she plays bingo and interacts with other patients and staff. Her room is always clean and she always has what she needs or wants. Staff seems to handle her "grouch…

The Administrator is very rude and petty. Doesn't have compassion! They don't like for family to voice their concerns! As soon as you do they treat you different. Aids were great, although seemed understaffed. Some days my loved one didn't get breakfast till 9am. After sitting up waiting for 2.5 hours!

The overall experience has been good. Now that the week is starting back up they are ramping up with most of her therapy now. Her room does need to be painted and updated, in some places the paint has rubbed off the walls.
