Care was highly inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes horrible. Begged for three weeks for help with discharge to no avail. Where is my healthaide? I did my part in arranging it. The agency did their part. But you refused to call them with the prescription? For weeks? What is WRONG with you. Where is my wheelchair? Where are my referrals? Where is my toileting apparatus? The Belmont at Twin Creeks was a very nice and clean facility. The nurses and caretakers were very kind and were on the spot with my brother. If I went and saw him several times a week, they were always there to help if I needed it. They were fantastic people. There were some issues that we had to address when we would get there, but just simple little things that we saw that we had to talk with the nurses. Otherwise, they were always there for us. At 70 w a severely broken femur I went from a hospital to Belmont. If I could rate the place a 0 I would. The experience from when I was rolled thru the front door til I escaped was110% horrific. Care was nonexistent. When I needed assistance most requests were met w resistance or never happened. During evening shift when I would ask for pain meds the average time of receiving it was 2 hrs! The only foods I could get down were bacon and ice cream. Most foods were identified strictly using the menu. And minuscule po…

If I could give 0 Stars I would. The nursing staff is terrible. The Charge nurse was dismissive, unwelcoming, refused to make eye contact with me and just brushed me off. The rooms were hot, 77 degrees, my 10 month old grand baby picked up a pill that was on the floor by the bed, the sheets had not been changed in 4 days, my poor dad looked dirty, he was in nothing but a diaper when I arrived from out of town at 12:30 in the afternoon, there were no wash clothes or anything to wash his face.
