Our family's experience

Canyon creek has been wonderful for my family member. The staff has worked with him and now he is engaged in life again. He's made friends and enjoys his days there. Staff has been very accommodating and provide ample communications on his progress and challenges.

I toured Canyon Creek. Miriam is incredible. She's very informative and has a great personality for her position. The facility was very attractive. The apartment is nice. It seemed very clean. They have a salon, a library, a courtyard, and an exercise area.

A caring and wonderful facility. Clean, well appointed, comfort for patients excellent, food wonderful, and mostly the caring and professional staff who provided daily care for our sister. Thank you! Cannot say enough positive with this facility during a stressful and painful time for our loved one. God Bless them.

I placed Mom there about a year ago. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. If she couldn't be home with me I'm glad she was there. The entire staff is amazing! The care, love and respect that they show Mom make me feel better about a bad situation. Would highly recommend them! Thanks so much for everything!
