The owner of this facility is a lying narcissist. He claimed many times to be a medical doctor but he is not. The staff do respect any privacy boundaries. The go though residents cell phones, intercept mail, eavesdrop on private conversations during calls and visits. Appointments are needed for visits and visits are discouraged. This facility is a flipping joke. The facility doctor is a quack. They certainly do not have medicine management! Thats a joke! The caregivers, what a joke are such liar's. They certainly do not look out for your loved ones. All they're looking out for is to collect your money and let me tell you what they charge for the so called care, is robbery!

This facility is not focused on the residents they're focused on money! The amount they charge the the lack of service is just DISGUSTING. And the facility is lacking so much! 👎

Certainly not a place to you want for a loved one. The amenities they offer are such a lie. There are no beautician there. The manager is hardly ever there and doesn't know what goes on. The facility is dark the staff are loud and you can hardly understand them, they sleep on the sofa in the common area in the middle of the day. The residents rooms stink of urine and the floors are stinky. The staff at the facility do not follow guidelines of the families request and certainly do not take responsibility for things …
