Would never recommend

Our experience was nothing short of frustrating. They get you in by being nice, and then they sold the place, and the new owner let it go downhill very quickly. The food was terrible, not healthy at all. A lot of times, the food was burned. It was mostly bagged and boxed, processed foods. They barely ever got fresh fruits and vegetables. They tell you they follow a dietician menu, but they don't. The med techs made bad medication errors all the time, thinking it's ok to drip the med and then pick it up off the fl…

The staff were all nice and personable and answered all of our questions. It just seemed like more of a medical care facility and my mom did not need as much care as a lot of the residents here did.

Caring Community for Mom

It's a great community, very easy to communicate with. If you have questions, they'll answer them. Everyone has been nice to my loved one as far as I know. They've done a wonderful job. They're very friendly toward us as well as toward her. I like how they talk to her. You can't ask for better than that. It's a homey building as opposed to an institutional/hospital feel. My Experience with Caraway Manor

I would say to sign your loved one up to live here. The manager, Tina, is a very caring person and takes great care of everyone. The food was excellent. The room was nice and was shared between my loved one and another person.

Great place for mom

We chose this community because of the reviews. I also talked to a few people who have had personal experience with Caraway Manor. The room sizes are small. The food is excellent, my mother loves their food. It smells so good when you walk in and they are cooking. They appear to have a lot of variety as well. Great Care and Peace of Mind for You

I am very pleased with the care, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff. They have gone out of their way for my niece to meet her needs. Truthfully, I chose this community because it was small and close to my house. They can provide a higher level of care.
