PositiveThe hallways and apartment sample reminded us of an inexpensive motel . . . renovated with not the best materials in many cases. Entrance and dining room nice appearance and clean. Did not experience the common restrooms. Trips, activities list, and newsletter impressive. Not sure if we can afford it, although we have only 1 similar community to compare it to at this time.

4 stars because nothing is perfect. My Mom is happy with her apartment and meals. Everyone is very nice and attentive as far as staffing is concerned. Sometimes she has to wait her turn if she is looking to have a light bulb changed but that is to be expected.
