There are lots of activities available, and the three-year freeze with two months of free rent is a great benefit. I appreciate the rides provided to various stores, as well as the free breakfast, gym, and aerobics classes. The cost is also much more affordable compared to other places.

I am in the independent living community of Carefree Senior Living North Natomas in Sacramento. It's really nice, and I like it. It's a nice community. They have a pool room, a library, a place to get your hair fixed, and a big dining hall with a chandelier. They have a $4.00 lunch on Wednesdays, free breakfasts, and a happy hour on Fridays. It's nicer than all the places I've been to. The staff is super nice, too, so everything works. They stay on top of maintenance, and compared to other place…
