Care has been sub par. many care and safety issues. In my opinion very poor quality food. Seemingly untrained staff and poor management.

My mother moved into Oakwood Village. It was very clean. They were very attentive to her. All the staff and the residents have been very friendly. The room was very nice; opens out onto a patio. She doesn't have a kitchenette or anything. It was just a plain room that we have filled in with her things, and she's making the best of it. She gets three meals a day and snacks, and she enjoys the food. The staff members were great. They call me whenever they need to inform me of things and let me know how thin…

I visited this facility

Oakwood Village was very nice. They're very helpful. The chef came out and talked to us for a good 10-15 minutes, and they offered my mother a free meal. The tour was really nice. The rooms were nice and clean. I was really impressed. They had a lot of activities, and they had a card game going on when I was there. I was impressed. They had a hair salon, a barber shop, and laundry and prescription services.

This facility was ok but my dad's finances require him to have to share a room and the layout of the room would be too hard on him. In the past he has shared a room but had his own sink and closet space and just had to share toilet/shower in this room they have to share all of it. The other roommate had the room stiffling hot and I could not even breath when I opened the door to check it out. The staff was friendly but the layout would not work for where my dad is currently at.

[Removed] was excellent. Caregivers and staff were very kind and friendly. They clearly embodied the “I ??my job” spirit on their shirts. Very clean facility with a homey (less corporate) feel. Residents seemed happy and friendly even on a holiday. I feel Mom would be well cared for and would like it here.

The staff from meal service to the top. All caring people and want to make your loved feel at home. They are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your goals.
