Lovely Facility with incredible staff

We recently moved my stepfather into The Carlotta and he couldn't be happier. He is making new friends every day, he is interacting with the staff and enjoying his meals and the services provided to him. The logistics of the move were a little complicated (we moved him from Washington) but The Carlotta helped us with referrals to rental furniture until his belongings arrived, referrals to getting his cable and internet connected and helped us with the logistics of most aspects of the move. The accommodations for my Dad were just what he needed and made for him a comfortable living space. The staff was very accommodating as well.

If I could leave negative stars I would I would not recommend The Carlotta based on our experience. At first, everyone seemed incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. Unfortunately, that changed very quickly. Within the first week, we felt the attitude shifted from being helpful to looking for reasons to claim that additional levels of care were needed. The Carlotta facility is absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and smelled great. The grounds were immaculate. The 2 different models I saw of the 2 bedrooms were great. One of course was larger than the other with an island kitchen, but even the smaller one was more than enough room! The closets are fantastic. The dining room looked inviting. Some clients were out and about, even with their pups, which was nice to see. All the staff were very pleasant.

She saw the place and fell in love with it instantly. The size of the apartment is much larger than her previous one, and the rent is two thirds the price. The Carlotta is a beautiful facility. I was impressed by the variety of units available. I was also impressed with the activities and the dining room / food service.
